1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If there is a delay due to high order volume or supplier issues, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Time

  • Delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on product availability, supplier location, and your shipping address.

  • International shipping delays (e.g., customs, weather, holidays) may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on most orders unless otherwise mentioned.

  • If any item requires an additional shipping fee, it will be clearly displayed during checkout.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the delivery.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to reflect after dispatch.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.


7. Delayed or Lost Orders

  • If the product is lost in transit or undelivered due to courier fault, we will investigate and offer a refund or replacement.


8. Customs and Import Duties (For International Customers)

  • If you are ordering from outside India, import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Zylomaart is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
