At Zylomaart.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As a dropshipping store, we work with third-party suppliers to deliver your orders directly. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements are accepted.


1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was missing or incomplete

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Wrong selection of size, color, or variant by customer

  • Products used, washed, or tampered with

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personalized or custom-made products


3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will be offered a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on product condition.


4. Return Procedure

To request a return or refund:

  1. Email us at support@zylomaart.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and include clear photos or video as proof.

  3. Wait for approval and further instructions.

Do not return products without our confirmation. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If the product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Send us a photo/video within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • We will verify the issue with our supplier and initiate a replacement or refund.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • If a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will cancel it and refund the full amount.
